One thing that’s nagging me: do I have to OWN a product to double my income? coz I’ve heard so much bout affiliate programs n stuff. Or should I just stick to aff?

One thing that’s nagging me: do I have to OWN a product to double my income? I have start to promote affiliate stuff, but noone has ever bought anything from the link I send them, how do you really promote affiliate product ? it would be great if you could show me an example of how to do it.

Can digital products or ebooks ready sell using the internet ?
Is it that we need to spend quite a lot of money to promote the web site before we can sell any e-product like using Adword or Adsense ?

Doubling your income only makes sense if your initial/current income is not zero. Else, it makes more sense to ask: “How to add a few more zeroes to your existing one?”

I believe the power of internet marketing, the question should be how could i double my income in 3 months blue print. No matter what method or strategy to use, as long as the mentioned objective can be achieved, then it will be fantastic. i’m a newbie with dreams and i believe there will be way to do it.

Of course its possible but must start with the correct plan, approach, direction and strategy.
One big questions for newbie like me is still
How to get started with the correct plan, approach, direction and strategy to ensure success with the shortest possible time cause if I am not wrong, 90% of the internet marketers do not make money or do not make decent money to replace their day jobs. So a success proven hand-holding hands-on couse may be very helpful indeed
though must be afforable!!

Let’s say i now have a website selling a product, an autoresponder, mailing list all done up. How do I start getting traffic into my website? Traffic like 100 a day because I believe every 1 out of hundred will definitely be interested in what I have to offer… In short, how do I build traffic? Is there any cost effective and time effective methods to do so besides adwords?

I have had attend a program organised by Encore Integrated Solution (EIS)on building website for profits. As I know it’s about building content to presell before monetize through own, or affiliate products.
But the catch is ranking through the search engine on keywords building (SBI)before having the chances of being ‘click’. This process might takes sometime (in months or year)to be viable. And millions or more might be selling the same affiliates’ products, so what are the chances of purchase?
How many MNCs actually have high sales turnover using their websites to promote products? Or probably like e-bay is use to get rid of ‘used’ products or as a hobby, not really as a ‘full-time’ business. Recently, I encountered e-opportunity through websites leveraging on recruitment of members (like MLM)to make profits or upgrade to so call ‘gold’ or ‘platinum’ membership promising traffic. I think is a scam.
Maybe I am not internet savvy, it’s hard to comprehend success rate to be i-entrepreneur.

How much time do I need to spend outside office hours just to double my income? My time outside office hours are mainly running the kids around and helping them with their work. I have very little for myself.
Another issue is confidence and focus on something that should double my income without doubling the amount of time spent!

I get a lot of emails from different people about making money online. I even signed up for one, who said they will create a website for me and can make money. The website is http://www.multiplestreamsofonlineincome.com. I even followed the entire set of instructions given by them and spent a lot of money in generating traffic. Still, I didn’t get even a single cent so far. I know about you and am sure that you are genuine and will give me more constructive ideas in making money online. Looking forward to your emails.

I can see a lot of interesting common frustrations I used to face some time ago. In fact, the troubles some of you face stem mainly from the problem of a lack of knowing where to hit the market and generate profits, whether you are doing it offline or online. But here’s a big hint – you have to do it both ways to secure flexibility as well as credibility.
Some of you have far more in-depth knowledge having dabbled a bit here and there. And I like coffee myself, Frank
Anyhow, this is getting really interesting. I’ve started to map out an interesting blueprint that will allow you to get to the spot where you want. The rest will be up to your effort in executing the strategies.
I’ll need a little more input to beef up my output, so I’m going to wait a wee bit longer.

Actually, it would be very helpful to all newbies like me and e-marketers to have a general estimate on how many people or percentage of people who started (and continue for at least one year or more) are actually making money (say US$500 per month onwards) from Internet Marketing before we even go into how to double our income from Internet Marketing.

I personally feel that in order to double your income. You got to stop whatever you are doing. Why?
You need to map out a process and put it into a system.
Make it duplicated. Then out-task and out-source.
Internet Marketers should be looking at ROI in many folds rather than 2x.
I would rather ask the question how can a newbie do JV with the gurus?

I sincerely believe that it is possible but it is going to take time! Not only double but many times more! I believe there is no short-cut and we have to go through the following process :-
1. Find a Product and a Market; means research.
2. Use a Marketing Model, eg Affiliate etc.
3. Use Advertising like PPC etc. to drive traffic
4. Cover backend sales.
My question is is there any other way?

The mistake people make in IM is they want and expect results to fast. At your job, you dont rush to make your $50K per year. You know at the end of the year, you’ll have been paid $50K. So why in IM does everyone expect the big $$$ in just months and quit when it doesn’t happen? IM is a business like any other. It takes lots of time, learning, and patience. But put in the effort, and the results are fascinating.

Hi Stuart,
If I am doing affiliate marketing through clickbank & get commissions from selling other people’s products, how will they pay me? cheques, TT, bank drafts, etc?
My next question is, if it’s cheques, then how can I bank them – can I just bank them into any bank (POSB, UOB, etc) into my savings account, or I need to have a special account like a foreign currency a/c?
