Is a website really that difficult to create?

I’ve spoken to a number of people about their biggest pain in internet marketing, and it seems to me like websites and the ability to create a website is the biggest pain, particularly for those who are not versed in web technologies.ÂÂ

2. Creating the page structure and optimizing the pages for search engines to notice.
