“Immortality! Take it — it’s yours!”
I was watching Troy again over the holiday and really worked myself up because the legendary character Achilles was pursuing not safety but fame for all time. As he marshalled his Myrmidon army, he asked “Do you know what is beyond that beach?”
Most of us would make bad landings in the first place. The beach in my opinion, represents the entry point for you in the internet marketing world. Some people complain that what they learn in books and seminars are common sense. Yet, they fail to put this common sense into practice. They complain that life is bad for them. Yet, they fail to take responsibility for their lack of action.
Achilles was not a man of complaints and excuses. Though a legendary character, I think most of us can claim to know his name. Remember when he spoke to the boy who came looking for him when he was called by Agamemnon to fight the Thesselonians at the opening scene? He said “He’s a giant – I’d be too afraid to fight him”. And Achilles simply said “That’s why no one will remember your name”.
It’s a hard fact – and it is extremely difficult for you to generate results if you don’t have any guidance from someone experienced.
The problem is, there are people who still succeed in spite of themselves. They walk away with untold millions, while hard working people like you and me end up with the short end of the deal, having to work till we drop. It’s not fair, you might think. But I think it is. Different people are talented in different ways. But the key is to actually use what Robert Kiyosaki once referred to as OPE – other people’s experiences.
Personally, as a corporate guy, I don’t really think that making a million is a big deal. You simply leverage on people and systems then you move on. Companies make several millions, most of which is put back into running the business.
However, this guy has been making millions without the corporate structure. As an entry point to learning how to master this massive field of internet marketing, and gain access to people who are doing it, I’d recommend that you keep an open mind about this.
Jo Han Mok has done it again with a gathering of elite internet marketers and a digital version of a very powerful but often mis-conceived tool. He calls it ‘mind control marketing’.
What a load of baloney. Seriously, sometimes Jo Han is just full of it. But he’s actually applied it, and look what he has.
It’s also not normally in my nature to offer such a product. However, because I think I prefer to look at the quality of information beneath all the hype and the ‘dark side’ nonsense. Most of the so-called “mind control” is the stuff you see every single day in the advertising that’s being run and your TV commercials. Nothing new. The key thing is that this book actually covers consumer psychology (yes I saw the original manuscript).
The truth is I actually teach this stuff, and it’s not at all “mind control”!
I hear Jo Han is giving away some multi-speaker teleconference from his own backyard network of multi-millionaires. If you are not familiar with the concept of modeling, you will need to learn about it from my Patterns of Excellence program. Personally, I don’t think you will benefit the most if you sit there passively. But if you look at how to apply it and keep taking action until you get a result, you will definitely benefit.
The truth about Jo Han? A fun loving guy who simply does things because he feels like doing it. Did he have to market this “Mortal to Millionaire” thingy? I seriously doubt it. But it’s entertaining to see Jo Han’s product launch, and is an education in and of itself. For nothing else, you might just want to check it out here.

I guess it also boils down to an age-old saying.
It’s not about about what you know,
it’a about what you do with what you know.
Cool stuffs stuart.

Hey Suhail,
We all get chopped – question is whether you had the right armor, the right strategy and the proper training to get in. If you’re like Achilles’ cousin, that was being impetuous. He got killed impersonating Achilles. We shouldn’t play a role that we can’t fill.
Having said that, you will need basic knowledge to grow. Without having a good level of knowledge, you can’t really make a proper, educated decision. First cut – KNOW that the internet IS an economy that is helping people make money. Second, if you dive into it, you must be an entrepreneur.
Entrepreneurs MAKE it happen, while those with the employee mindset will wait for it to happen. I can’t stress that enough – which is possibly one of the reasons why many people who have never learnt about business before may be in danger of losing out. Strategic marketing, supply chain management, customer relationship management… all these are elements of a very powerful business entity, if you know how to leverage on them.
Essentially, taking action is the end result of all this, so in a sense you’re right. If you approach your action-taking from a position of strength, you will win. If you don’t, you lose. Simple as The Art of War.
