Building A Successful Business Vol 1
Business building is a science,
not an art. What you have to do is literally follow a system. At least, that’s
what I’ve realized in many effective business models from all around the world.
Building your business and turning it into a runaway success is NOT about
creating lots and lots of work for you to do. It’s got to do with something
called a system.
When you work really hard to get
a customer, you’d want to service the customer to the point where they buy more
stuff from you. It’s natural. When I walk into a store to buy a shoe, I don’t
want to walk another block just to buy the socks. I’ll just stay there and add
on to the purchase if I need. The same thing happens to any other business.
Service By
Providing The Best Possible Options
I get really paranoid when people
ask me if I have anything else that I would like to offer to them. To me,
getting the offer is one thing, but I think the most important element of the
offer is to ensure that whatever you are giving is at a great deal for them,
especially since they are past customers. They will appreciate you for it and
continue to support you.
How To Get
Customers To Support Your Business?
My opinion of this is really
simple. Build content! I’ve already shared how to create a video, how you can
add new content to your site with simple articles. Just keeping a blog in my
opinion is insufficient. What you need to do is to provide valuable content and
generate useful tools for your audience. For instance, I’m about to
release a brand new service that will eliminate your problems in generating
sales pages. Just punch a few details and you will get the convenience of having
these pages updated for you on a regular basis. Also, since many people are not
technically interested (I say ‘interested’ not ‘inclined’), I’ve also taken the
liberty to have a technical support service which will do two things. First, it
will give you regular web based seminars that will teach you things you need to
know. Second, it will alleviate you from having to do it yourself. I’ll announce
more of this in my subsequent emails to you.
