Beginning HTML
I’ve a few links to get you started if you want control over your websites.

If you are serious about developing this competence, GO AND PRACTICE!
Essential tools:
#1 – A WYSIWYG (if you don’t know what that means, check on Google) HTML editor. Download PageBreeze for those of you on a tight budget. I prefer you get Frontpage or Dreamweaver (I use Frontpage exclusively)
#2 – An FTP program (again, check this on Google if you don’t know the terms) – download Filezilla.
#3 – A domain name (you can register with www.NameSecure.com)
#4 – A web hosting service
#5 - Knowing how to update your DNS (ditto on terminology in Google).
