Affiliate Marketer’s Daily Routines Part #4

Affiliate RoutinesI think today I’ll focus more on personal productivity. It’s really the mainstay of any internet marketer’s success, and more importantly, without the right level of productivity, it will lead you to feel that you’re wasting your time.

Take for example, one of my coaching clients who had been changing plans from day one. It was frustrating, but at the same time obviously time-wasting to both of us. I can go on changing plans every time I meet, but that’s not what a business is about.

What is important is for skills to be developed. Another client of mine took on blogging and started off on something fairly decent, no matter how unsavvy this client was on the internet. At least this person will have done something and made time productive.

How much time do you spend on the web? How much time could you save? After exploring what could be done, I reviewed my own workflow and realized that I have enhanced my productivity quite a fair bit.

With our new system, we presently have the capability to generate content at around 80 pages a day in full concentration, and usually 40 pages on average, for every 8 hour time slot. That’s pretty good – we’re talking about an entire eBook a day. I’m looking to knock that down to 40 pages per 3 hours in the following days to come.

If you re-evaluate the way you are doing things, you have to constantly be on the lookout for methods and strategies that could make you better. Unfortunately to some people, it means sliming the people who helped them. I’m glad not to be a part of such an exercise, but I know the world of the internet is filled with the “he did this to me so I won’t work with him anymore” mentality. Granted, there are some people whom I’d prefer working with rather than others, it’s all a matter of practical perspective. At the end, everyone wins out, and that’s most important.

Consider setting up a mastermind group to discuss productivity issues, and improve your workflow and processes.
