Singapore – More people have turned to internet marketing than education – at least according to Alexa Rankings. Alexa presently rates the local website InternetMarketingSingapore.com more important than the Ministry of Education, Singapore.
Is this a sign of the times?
=)
Well, it’s all about traffic and generating a huge amount of traffic is no longer a problem I think I’ll deal with this in another Gold Club webconference. If you are interested in generating traffic of this magnitude, drop me a comment inside and I’ll consider running a session if there are people interested in this.

I found a great article written by Jeremiah Owyang. Seems to have pretty good internet strategies up his sleeve, and has a brilliant article that everyone should read. You can find it here. After all, don’t be suprised that you become the next internet marketing expert. Lol!

I think a lot of people will be interested in building a list of their own. However, to have a targeted list, it is essential for you to learn the overview and structure of your list. You have to build a better list by understanding why you are creating your list in the first place. That’s why it’s literally impossible for someone who starts in internet marketing to build a big list of say 30,000 within an extremely short span of time without consistent effort.

Well… it’s finally come to this. I know many people are seeking out programs that have a ’surefire’ success. It’s not easy to come by these programs. I do know that there are a lot of people who don’t understand internet marketing enough to be able to make a judgement about what they should or should not pay for.
I think learning isn’t that difficult. But a lot of people don’t have the understanding because most of the products out there don’t help you to understand. You have to proactively go out and help yourself understand. By going away with that understanding, it will help you to be better, and maybe you could become the next internet marketing expert.

Hey everyone… I read this report from ClickZ eagerly…
About 65 percent of Singapore’s population is online at least moderately or count themselves casual users. That’s according to survey results released by Media Development Authority (MDA), a group formed to focus on and develop Singapore’s media industry. ÂÂ
This is a fantastic opportunity. You will see growth of the number of users. Since they are already users, the next step will be to introduce them to the community of internet marketers here! Then they will realize how powerful it can be to actually have a means of generating income through the internet.

I’d just realized that Ken Chandler, a new internet marketer, has started an internet marketing blog. He expressed his learning at Armand Morin’s Big Seminar, and I thought you might want to see what he talked about. Quite a long first post for a blog, but hey, that’s where all the stuff starts coming in. Check it out.

Kelvin recently posted on his blog that he will stop maintaining the blog – which is quite a sad thing. I’ve always found the content very genuine. However, he will continue to contribute on the forums itself. Check out the blog and send your “goodbyes” to the blog before 7th November.

Good news for today – our site, InternetMarketingSingapore.com has just arrived at the Alexa Top 100 Rankings for Singapore. Suprisingly, I’m ranked in terms of much higher traffic compared with MediaCorp, the official news and broadcasting station in Singapore.

All of these are related to the traffic strategies that I utilize. I have VERY sticky traffic (i.e. people who keep returning back to the website). Perhaps I’ll consider running a traffic strategies telecall soon…
